Backstory: Skylar is saved from life altering illegal surgery at age 8 by Oliver Queen. She wakes up with her vision unstable: on one side she's seeing colors, information, things she's never seen. She doesn't remember who her parents are, who took her eye and made her like this. Lost, Ollie decides to take her under his wing and give her a home. Upon finding out he's Green Arrow, she insists on learning to use the bow and arrow as well and, together with Roy, she becomes his sidekick: Silver Arrow.
As a teen, she's then presented to the Teen Titans and becomes a member of the team, where she meets who would be her best friend: Donna.
